How a bet ends
A bet ends in one of five ways. Continue means the evidence justifies more work inside the same cap. Promoted means the bet earned a standing place in how Sparker works. Killed means the evidence said stop, which is a result. Failed means the bet did not meet its success criteria. Archived means the question stopped mattering before the evidence arrived. The ledger shows which ending each bet reached.
