About me
I’m a Staff Product Manager at You.com, working on AI, search, and developer tools. Before that, I worked on product discovery at Crate & Barrel and software buying at G2.
I spend a lot of time figuring out why people get stuck: what they expected, what the product did, and what we should change.
Most of my career has been in search. At You.com, that grew into conversational AI and the APIs developers use to build their own products.
These days a lot of those developers are agents. An agent reads your docs once, never fills out a form, and will happily pay per call at 3am. Designing for that user has changed how I think about onboarding, pricing, and documentation.
I plan work as a portfolio. Durable platform work ships on schedule. Uncertain ideas get a time box and kill criteria written before they start, and the default at the checkpoint is to stop. I wrote that system up as the Platform and Bets framework.
I have an MBA from Boston University. Outside work, I build small apps and open-source tools, usually to fix something that bothers me.
