Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe, Sparker.ai stores your email address, consent state, signup source, and relevant timestamps. A confirmation email is required before the subscription becomes active. Resend processes email delivery and receives the address after confirmation.
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing updates the Sparker.ai record immediately and requests the same status from the email delivery provider.
Consulting inquiries
Inquiry forms collect the contact, company, opportunity, timing, decision owner, and desired outcome you provide. The information is used only to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. Inquiry records are reviewed for deletion after 12 months when no active business relationship or legal obligation requires retention.
Infrastructure and spam protection
The website and structured records are hosted using Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information needed to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse. Sparker.ai does not store IP addresses in its subscriber or inquiry records.
Analytics
Sparker.ai uses privacy-oriented, aggregate web analytics to understand visits and high-level actions such as subscription confirmations and consulting inquiries. The site does not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@sparker.ai.
Changes
Material changes to this notice will receive a new effective date. Questions may be sent to hello@sparker.ai.
